Hi, I’m Helena—a Registered Associate Nutritionist with a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition. Unlike many others in this space, my advice is grounded in evidence-based science and tailored to you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or quick fixes—what I do is help you figure out what works for your body, your life, and your goals.
